If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 30 days of your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not reimburse you for return shipping charges. Some customers prefer an exchange from one putter to another. We are happy to assist the customer in doing an exchange. We cover the shipping costs for customers who request to have a new putter exchanged and shipped back to them.
Returns should be sent to our Mailing Address: Bell Putters LLC, 505 Cornhusker Road, Suite 105, Bellevue, NE 68005. Please include a good note in the return box with your phone number and name. If an exchange is requested, please put a good address for shipping the new Bell Putter.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
All products are under warranty for one year from purchase.
